Account Executive

GYK Antler is looking for an Account Executive who is looking to join our growing team! Account Executives are the primary contacts between GYK Antler and our clients. They help direct and coordinate all day-to-day integrated marketing efforts on behalf of the client. They also ensure our internal team is creating great inspiring work that demonstrates a tangible return on investment. We’re looking for relationship builders who are dynamic strategic thinkers that hold a true passion for marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of projects and who continually strives to ensure the success of each.

Account Team Overview

We are strategically minded relationship builders who understand our clients as well as we understand ourselves. We own the projects from an external standpoint and ensure all work is on strategy. We drive the work and manage all aspects of the account, including financial oversight and management. Finally, we seek out opportunities to organically grow the account and drive revenue by nurturing our relationships over time.

Responsibilities

  • Management of daily client communications and workflow to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and on strategy
  • Development and review of projects, statements of work, and scope documents
  • Ability to evaluate creative against the brief to ensure the solution is on strategy and meets the client’s objectives
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly embrace new projects and resources
  • Capable of engaging with junior and senior level management across all departments
  • Willingness to learn the client’s industry and has the desire to expand knowledge on marketing and advertising
  • Most importantly, we ask that you be the best version of you every day

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of prior ad agency experience
  • Solid analytical, verbal and written skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • History of client contact and relationship building
  • Develop and create strong project initiative forms
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrated marketing and ideally the agency production process
  • Ability to develop creative briefs with agency subject matter experts
