GYK Antler is looking for an Assistant Account Executive. The entry-level position requires a driven and strong self-starter with the motivation to jump in and assist on projects and work closely with the team to help accomplish goals. This is a key position for our growing business — working the front lines with our clients and coordinating our agency resources to deliver greatness, always with a smile. ACCOUNT TEAM OVERVIEW:
We are strategically minded relationship builders who understand our clients as well as we understand ourselves. We own the projects from an external standpoint and ensure all work is on strategy. We drive the work and manage all aspects of the account, including financial oversight and management. Finally, we seek out opportunities to organically grow the account and drive revenue by nurturing our relationships over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a solid and professional working relationship with clients
- Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement advertising and collateral programs to meet objectives
- Basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining client status reports, producing conference reports, and other support functions for the account team
- Conduct research, including competitive analysis
- Be self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and accountable
- Be positive, flexible, and curious

SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A digital native who embraces new technology
